The Project
Redevelopment of studio apartment located on third floor of a Grade II listed building. Work(s) consisted of complete reconfiguration to include removal of internal walls, flooring, plumbing and electrics and the creation of a master bedroom en-suite (shower room with toilet, basin and walk in
shower) and lounge kitchen, plus all interior redecoration to an extremely high standard and according to the client brief.
The brief also included submission of listed building consent to include professional drawings of the proposed layout, building control and liaison with the relevant authorities.
Project Duration: 3 months
