Headed up by former Royal Marine Mark Marvin, the team at RMS Property Solutions, based in Exeter, prides itself on providing its customers with a quality service, from initial concept through to project completion, ensuring at all times that our customers needs and expectations are met. Our ‘Code of Practice’ is based on military ethos and work experience(s) accrued over a 24-year period. We follow and adhere to a simple yet effective method of working, which incorporates the attributes of Respect, Assurance, Punctuality, Integrity and Diligence (RAPID).

We only work with dedicated and skilled trades who have signed up to our code of practice, and who put quality at the forefront of everything they do. Experience and relevant qualifications are checked and where required, our trades are vetted accordingly. We adhere to safe systems of work and all applicable health and safety legislation.
